Need a piece of Advice

Well, I lost my job last march 2013.....and after that ENCANA had a huge lay offs..so market is pretty full by unemployed people..I filed my application in Nov 2013 based on exp gathered from 10 nov 2011 till 7th March 2013..Here are my questions

1. I am working as Sales consultant for a mobile phone company ( 11.75$ hour job ), am i suppose to inform CEC for this job. My previous Job has salary close to 85k and was NOC A job
2.I will be applying for BOWP in May 2014...(My previous CEC PR application was rejected becoz i was short of 10 days ), will there be any problem

if you choose to tell CIC it won't impact your application as it's based on prior experience. when i was laid off my lawyer said i didn't have to tell CIC - unless I moved back to my home country.
i got my COPR earlier this week.

for your BOWP - if you meet all criteria (4 months or less on current work permit, in canada, have aor) then you shouldn't have any problem.
