Hello! I got accepted though the Saskatchewan Nominee Program to apply for PR, but shortly after that I got laid off because of the company bankruptcy. My Nominee program expires in two month and i did not apply for permanent resident yet, can I still apply if I am not employed right now? If some one had similar situation, share your experiences please!

Hi, you should apply to the CIC asap, with the new updated forms, fees, picture, and nominee certificate., police clearance, birth certificate etc. And try to find a new job asap and inform to the nominee office that you has to find another employer as your old employer are no more available. Hope that helps... dont wait buddy!!
