Hi imadseti In addition to what scylla mentioned, I recommend you consider the Quebec Skilled Worker Immigration if your French is good. (I am assuming this because you are from Algeria). I have heard that the Provincial Immigration is easier than the Federal. (Put the usual HTTP) canadavisa.com/quebec-areas-of-training-fields-of-study.html <- Says you will get 6 points for a degree in Electrical Engg.
