I need your help regarding file for the FSW stream.
My current situation is as follows!
1> I came in Canada on student visa, I took 1 year advance diploma in community college.
2> I got the one year pgwp from CIC, I started working initially as sandwich artist, my employer promoted me to the supervisor position after couple of months, when my pgwp was about to end, we applied for LMO under international student category, under which we do not have to show the advertisement.
3> I got the positive result and got the two year work permit extension.
Other day I was reading CBC news on internet, I found out they put the temporary suspension on TFW(Temporary Foreign Worker) and LMO for those people who filled their LMO!
My question is will I get affected from this, if I put the file now?
Please let me know, should I put my file now or later?
