I have a question maybe some of you knows the answer...
In application "Statutory declaration of common-law union" there is paragraph 5 (solemn declaration), where is written unknown person "commissioner of oath" who has to sign the document, well in my country (republic of Georgia) i could not fined this kind of person, non of the public notary signs this documents.... But i do not have other evidence (except photos) to show embassy that we (me and my wife) live together, thou we do not have marriage certificate, which means that officially we are not married (and this situation as i know means common-law)... what should i do with this paragraph... should i leave it open or ? ? ?.... any ideas?
Thank you guys beforehand....
