Your application is paper based? What is the program you applied to? You are probably posting in the wrong sub-forum. EE is an online only system.
The average processing time for EE is 6 months. If your application is paper based it going to be longer than that.

I got PhD scholarship, I applied for study permit and my family TRV. The application is paper based. I applied from Saudi Arabia The Av. processing time is 5 weeks now.
