Nearly Expiring PGWP

My PGWP will be expired this year, still no CEC draw has happened again, and my CRS score is low (384), anyone here in the same boat as I am? What should I do?
Any idea would be a great help!

Do you qualify to apply through the PNP program of the province you are working in?

Can you increase your score?
