NDVO office: Canadian TRV after marriage to PR holder

Hey,

My First TRV application got rejected (from UAE) because of lack of sufficient funds+ Travel history + Immigration Status.
My husband is a Canadian PR holder currently in UAE. What are my chances of getting a TRV from India? Does being married to a PR affect my application?

Please help.

Being married to a Canadian PR holder typically reduces the chances of a TRV approval since CIC then believes you have plans on remaining in Canada long term and aren't a genuine visitor.
