NDVO Case Specific Enquiry and Email Bouncing Back !!

Hello, I have been trying to send a case specific enquiry and email to New Delhi Visa Office and they are both bouncing back to my email ID ! This is happening from yesterday !

Sending the query from https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new delhi
and email it to Delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

and in the bounce back, following error message ( for both !!)

So they are not reading emails and they are getting accumulated !!??[/size][/size]

now, it did not bounce back and I got an ack to the email I sent...
