ND VO or London VO

We are just preparing our forms and was wondering which VO would be quicker and better.
We are Indian citizens residing in Oman for the past 5 years.

Processing time is less and easy to send passports for final PR stamping etc.

Also we can not send Indian Passports outside the country by courier.
