Can anyone advise after submitting EOI for NB PNP Skilled Worker Stream what is the timeline to receive ITA and as it is December will there be any EOI draws happening or have to wait till 2026.

And if anyone has got processed in this stream what is the complete duration as in recent time the timelines have increased.
Thanks for the responses in advance.

Hasn't been a draw since October and those will be processed in 2026 (read the site). Since those being invited are not being processed until 2026 then expect a year for nomination.

Thanks for the response. So what if we have work permits only for 6 months.

If work expires with no invitation then stop working. You to be invited to apply for nomination to get work support letter.
Right - I am on the same page.
My WP is till 31st July and my EOI is submitted in December 2025- I can expect draw before my WP expiry right.

There may be a draw but may not be invited to apply (depends on NOC, job offer etc.) and even if invited, this doesn't allow you to continue working. You need nomination to apply for work permit.

Mine is Open Work Permit - as per my Noc code I am in Teer1. So just wanted to clarify my current Open Work Permit is valid till Jul which is based on my Spouse's CWP. So the current WP will allow me to work till 31st Jul 2026 and in between as per the Nomination WP can be extended or change to CWP by paying compliance fee - is my understanding right

You need to be invited, apply and be nominated to get work support letter based on your job offer. Those invited in October are not being processed until 2026. So plan on stopping work in July because getting nomination within 6 months and not yet nominated may not happen.

Are you in a NOC that is being invited?

Thanks for your response. Yes my NOC is in IT 21221.

So basically when they say all sectors it includes all health, IT and whatever sectors they have right.
Includes all but doesn't mean everyone is invited. There may be thousands in the pool. So for example the October 8-9 draw was an open Express Entry - Employment in NB draw with 220 invited. The October 6-7 was Skilled Worker stream and Healthcare NOCs only.

Do you have an EE profile?

Yes I do have it

Your title says Skilled Worker stream, not EE stream which are two different pathways. You wait for an EE draw and hope your NOC and score are selected with your job offer. EE is not a first come, first serve stream.
