Hey iam a naturized canadian and i dont remember my UCI/client id number. Can i leave it blank on the form? Or where can i obtain this number again,who do i ask?

Call up CIC and they should be able to give this number to you.

Had the same problem and it depends on when you became a citizen.

My husband was in 1979 so they said we would have to apply for a search costing $75 and taking 6 months to process. However he explained he had lost his card in 2005 and applied for a new one so CIC were able to pull up his records and give him the information.

called CIC, lady on phone said if i dont know my uci, leave it blank. She said its no big deal, cic can find it.
