Does anyone know if I live in the U.S. and applied through Buffalo, with a job offer, if Nationality makes a difference. I noticed on the tracker website that people with Indian nationality applying through Buffalo made it faster than any other. I am Trinidadian so I am wondering if this has something to do with time frame. I received file number on June 2008 but heard nothing since and I do have a job offer...We did a CAIP request but have not heard anything yet...Any opinions...Thanks

if you have filed from USA then it considered as USA application and not other nationality like indian or any other country.

if you have applied on June 2008, probably you should have received letter by this time to submit full documents or denied letter.

there must be post missing in between thats what I believe.

let come other views though.

Thanx for the reply... I actually submitted every document when I submitted my file. It came back twice for additional documents which I resubmitted as of April 08...The letter I received in June 08 indicates my file number and the next step would be when they contact me for the medical...However received nothing else. My agency ensured nothing was missing in my file. Could it be Buffalo being just slow..don't know

see.. if you got reply that they will contact you for medical...

then no need to worry...you will hear soon..

wait and watch.
