What will be my National Identify Document IF i am a citizen of india and have been in canada since 2011.This is in regards to IMM 008 form of the CEC application package?

India doesn't have a National Identity document. Passport copies will serve the purpose.

Since not every country has a national identity number - those that doesn't can use their passport # instead!

No, you only use your passport number for your passport number If you don't have a national identity document, leave it blank.
