Whats up forum, I have a cousin currently on a visitors visa. She got a job offer for a nanny and she wants to get her permanent residency. Whats the best advice for an offer like this? Thanx

She will need to complete two years of full time work experience as a caregiver in Canada before she will qualify to apply for PR. So the first step would be to get a work permit (which requires a job offer and approved LMIA from her employer). The next step is to complete two years of work experience in Canada.
