Name Problem

Salam,

My father is a Hafiz. On some of my educational certificates his name is prefixed with Hafiz and on other it is not. Does it make any difference? Do I need to provide any explanation for this while I am sending my full application with documents?

My Nikha and wedding ceremony held of different dates (with a gape of 6 monhts). On the form I mentioned my wedding ceremony date. Should I correct it in my current application and affix explanation?

Additionally, I am applying for my family too. Do I need a Police Clearance Certificate for my spouse too?

Change of name / 2 names is not a problem, we need to send detailed affidavit mentioning this fact to CHC.
PCC is required for spouse also.
