name of which college on wes transcript or it doesn't matter

Hi All,

I am applying for wes ECA evaluation, I completed a 3 years B.Sc course from DAVV university India.
However I had a change of college in my final year.
If anyone of you were in a similar situation could you please let me know

1. is the name of college printed on the transcript issued to wes by the university ?
2. if yes, which college should be printed on the transcript, the first one where I completed my first two years or the last one where I completed my degree, or both.
   My degree has the name of the last college on it.
3. do we have to give any specific instructions to the university in this case for printing the name of the college.
