hello,
priciple applicant's spouse changed her religion when married,this perpose she changed her name pertially what is in marriage certificate. but her pp and educational all docs is with before name.
can anyone tell which docs to send (according to this matter) with full docs to singapore?

When you send the application, there is a column in application , previous name, write previous name (name before marriage). attach a written explanation about name change. Attach proof of name change (proof of name change could be different in different countries, e.g. Add in newspaper, and relevant registration authorities)

Do one thing, if u are in INDIA

make an affidavit duly notorised, fix your wife photograph on it, notorise it.

matter:

I.....D/o.....W/o.....Resident of..... married......s/o......r/o on .........


earlier i was known as.....after marriage as......
this is my true & correct Statment.
