**Name Mismatch***

Hello Members,

As in passport my name is Sundara Raman Chandrasekaran but in some of the payslips it is mentioned as Sundara Chandrasekaran. Would it create any confusion with the visa officer? Also is there any suggestion for that?

I am providing alternate documents for Work reference letter. In some company documents my name is mismatched as above.
