Name mismatch in Passport and degree/certificates. Will it be problem and how can I rectify?

Today I submitted documents in my university. Degree/certificates have full name but passport has first name only. I have asked university to send documents to WES directly for ECA. Will it be a problem and how can I rectify it right away in order to avoid delay.

Can you elaborate? As I understood there's no Name (family name) and first name (given name) in your passport?
