Name in certificate and passport do not match.

I have middle name (kumar) in my certificate. But i do not have middle name in my passport.
Ex:
In Certificate: Sourav Kumar Adhikary
In passport: Sourav Adhikary.
Is this going to be a problem?
If yes, what should I do?
Please help.
