On my previous employment letters my name is written as Shankar('h' after S) but in all the education, passport and work permit documents it was mentioned (Sankar)as per my birth certificate which is correct. So will it a problem and do I need to submit any affidavit or LOE ?
If anyone in this forum could please help me trouble shoot.
