Name difference on passport and educational certificates

I am planning immigration from India and currently is in very early stage.
My wife's name(First, middle and last all 3) was changed post marriage. We have updated all her legal documents in India including her passport with new name.
We are starting procedure by creating WES account and IELTS account with her new name however ECA will be done with educational certificates which has her previous name.
Can this create any issue in future processing as she is main applicant?

WES will evaluate her degrees based on her former names stated on the education certificates. For IELTS, her passport (new name) will be considered.

She can include proofs of her name change when she applies such as the marriage certificate, affidavit for the name change, classified advertisement, and the change made in gazetted records
