Name difference in education certificate and passport

Hi. My name in passport and in all ID proof is different from my all education certificate.. difference is very minor.. Now it is not possible to change my I'd proof as per my education certificate.. please suggest what should I do before apply express entry.. I have not apply WES yet..

Where is either consistent? i.e. which is the one used by more of your official IDs?

K is your middle name initial used as first name in a few documents? An affidavit explaining that K Anshu and Anshu is the same person will suffice.
