On behalf of a friend: I am a PR in Canada for more than 3 years (my citizenship application is in progress as I am waiting for the oath ceremony now). I would like to correct my brother's last name in my family details which I submitted when submitting my application in response to the ITA for PR. Is this possible to correct his name at this stage?
I am worried as I submitted his birth certificate that time which missed a part of his last name (we got his correct birth certificate later) (for example, Albert Williams John ('John' was missing which we would like to add now). Notably, my brother does not live in Canada but he may apply for coming to Canada after 4/5 years. I am thinking if he will face any issue that time while applying and submitting family details. All his documents now have the updated names, so I was thinking about correcting in my profile too.
If any good soul please let me know if this is possible. Thank you.
