Name change !!!!

I submit an IRCC webform for a name change and I still see that my name didn't change online, so i am wondering if by the time I have PPR and my name is still the same online and my passport have another name will that cause a problem?

IRCC will effect the change before PPR.....just takes some time.....wait until you receive medical request or PPR, if no name change, you may contact the IRCC immediately.

I am concerned becuse I already submit my medical results like a month now and i submit the IRCC webform for a name change and it is still the same
