Name Change on Application

Has anyone else had an issue where your application came back with the AOR1 in a previous married name? I have been divorced for some time and have not gone by my ex husbands name in years yet CIC sent my correspondence back with my ex husbands last name and not my maiden name. I have not gotten SA as of yet and wondering if this is something that needs to be changed asap.

Unless you legally changed your name back to your maiden name the correspondence will probably continue in your previous married name. You can try contacting them to see what's going on.
