I am a US citizen with a NAFTA work authorization as a skilled worker (management consultant).

Are my wife and her daughter (not my daughter), who are Colombian, allowed to come into the country with me? What would their status be?

1. They would TRVs (visitor visas) and would have to apply to New York or Los Angeles. Assuming they don't have "green cards"
2. Your wife is going to need proof that she has sole custody and is able to remove the child from either Columbia or the US.
3. They would be visitors, your spouse could apply for a Spousal Open Work permit and the child would require a stud permit if she intents to attend school.
