We put N/A on the document checklist for the use of representative form, but just left the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union and Additional Dependants/Declaration boxes empty as we are married and have no children/dependants. Should we have wrote N/A next to them? I see people getting their applications returned because they didn't write N/A next to Use of representative, so was wondering if anyone had their application returned because they didn't write N/A next to the common law form or dependants form? Thanks

Not sure how other people did, but we didn't mark anything and left blank. Logically if it is N/A for your case, you just don't need to mark anything in checklist, we questioned this as well ourselves, but at the end we decided to follow rules and not mark in checklist anything if this section is N/A for us. Let's see if they return to us.
I hope at this time they already figured the person who is responsible for this idiocracy :D

Yeah thats what I assumed since we are married and in the other forms it asks how many people are part of the application/if we have children so they can see that we don't need those two forms, heres hoping anyway.

We left it blank too, just sent it away yesterday, hopefully its right!

We left all inapplicable items blank too! I'll let you guys know if ours gets returned.
