MyCIC query

Hello all
I have a confusion if anyone could clarify. I want to know that after linking the paper application to MyCIC and after the medicals those who Have recd any request for some documents submission like Schedule A , RPRF and PCC can someone please tell me that were all the upload columns were under the Prime Applicant's name or individually under each one's. and for the final submission is there a single button to sign or different for all applicants.
As in my case all the upload columns are under my name only and nothing under my wife's name. and at the end there's on;y one column for my name and one sign button only.
Now I am a bit confused if it is because we have linked the paper application to MyCIC by mentioning 1 application instead of 4 (in the beginning if u remember it was not linking if we filled more than 1 in number of applications) or is this the regular pattern?

I couldn't understand your question. But trying to answer.
You can send YOur, family members documents through Case specific inquiry (CSE), there is an option in second page for documents upload.
As well as you can upload with My CIC, at the appropriate place where showing demand.
After linking your application online there is no problem about how many members have you shown earlier. Because this is showing your actual/ live application.
P.S. : You can send CSE without getting UCI or Application No.

Actually I don't know about your country's PCC . This question only for formality to go ahead, so this is better u enter most visible number and upload it. They only have interest in your report.

yeah I did the same just entered the ref num on the doc and it worked.
Another query :
On my passport there is only given name and no surname but here it is asking given name and last name both so how should I fill it?
This is for the submission in MyCIC

I checked with one of my friend he also had the same situation so he told mecthat it's just for the signature nothing else so I wrote Singh in the last name and first name in the given name.
