Just want to know if anybody has any advice or if this has happened to anybody.

Via MyCIC online using secure key partner sign in, I submitted my EE in sep last month and got ITA. I am in the 60 day window of uploading my docs as per the checklist that i got on completing the full application for PR. On monday 01oct I went to upload some more docs and after completing the partner sign in and handing back to mycic instead of the usual profile page i get a page saying "you have not enrolled" and it invites me to do so! seems i am no longer recognised! i use scotiabank and my details havent changed.

bit stuck. afraid to re enroll in case this leads to two conflicting profiles. i completed a case specific enquiry which has a response time of 10 working days. spoke to cic who say they cant help with technical stuff. the secure key helpdesk say as i am succesfully logging into my bank and being passed back to cic they cant help either.

any thoughts kind ladies and gentlemen would be appreciated. even if its to advise what NOT to do :-)
