hi

I don't know if this is normal or if there is a technical issue I should report to CIC.
I have submitted my application june 15, and received my AOR june 15

I noticed today that the section where all the information related to personal data, work history, travel history etc had disappeared . It used to show in "transmitted"status> I was not able to edit it, but I could at least see the content.
Now I can only see the application status and messages as well as the list of document I submitted.

Is this normal or should I report a technical issue to cic?

Generally speaking, I find myCiC site need some improvements (slow and seems to encounter so many issues).

Thanks

Re: Ugrent-myCIC information submitted disappeared

I noticed this yesterday, as well. Confirmed it again, just now. On clicking View Submitted Application, it leads directly to the page showing Documents submitted by the client. Submitted application for Permanent Residency is not available anymore. I think it is the result of the latest system maintenance performed on Saturday, July 23, 2016. However, Express Entry profile and submitted data can still be reached.

Thanks! You may be right..Let's try to check on Monday/Tuesday to see if the issue is resolved!

Update; I don't think it's a system glitch but the CIC call centre agent advised me to report this to the Technical team for further investigation

If others are experiencing the same "issue", please advise.
I would be curious to know if there is a special timeline in which the data submitted (work/ travel history, personal data/ etc) is no longer visible to the applicant

I just checked now...still blank..I think we don't need to worry about it. Once transmitted we are good. However one of the forum member wrote somewhere they rejected his application because they didn't recv'd his some documents, he/she explained the some scenerio!

It is advisable to keep screenshots of your submitted application so that it could be useful in such scenarios.

Can anyone who has already submitted an eAPR check and confirm whether this is a common issue recently or specific to some applicants only?

Thanks!

Re: How quick is IQAS now?

Hello all,

I am hearing nowadays that WES is slower than IQAS, so what is your opinion?
I also have same question as the previous poster whether to go with WES or IQAS?

Wrong post, buddy.

Anyways, regarding the actual post, I still can't see my application... :-X
On clicking View Submitted Application, it leads directly to the page showing Documents submitted by the client.

Anyone else having this issue?
Is this something to be worried about?
I do have pdf files of my submitted application, though.

Hi,

I am having the same issue.
I tried to check my account today by signing in to my account normally. Then I found it asking me to create a new account (after signing in) and then I found that all the information including the messages and the forms submitted and my applications are all gone!!!
I am freaking out and I wonder if you were able to solve this issue

I figured out how to resolve the problem.

When you hit View Submitted Application, in upper left corner hit Start Again. When it asks if you want to exit, hit Cancel and voila - you will be in Permanent Residence application :D

The problem is that I am applying for Express Entry and not Permanent Residence.

Sorry, I was replying to nataliafrance, Que Em and jaybe. Your issue is different and IMO it would be the best that you report a technical issue and reach CIC.
