Hi,

You have applied three times in a span of eight/nine months. Do not reapply for some months i.e. until your wife's circumstances change + you can prove that she has addressed the refusal reasons.

Refusals were pretty much guaranteed if you applied/reapplied with the exact same documents (except for the new deposit of CAD 14,000) without addressing the refusal reasons.

What are your wife's ties to her home country: Employment/business/study + land/property ownership/lease agreement + financial situation (do you transfer money to her account?) + previous travel history?

Cheers

Thankx to reply. Really appreciate.
She just started her study and this is her 2nd month of study. She had 2 years gap means before enrolling current study. No work in 2 years too.
She had about 150000$CAD property on her name and 4000$ FDs on her name and some 4000$ bank balance.
Other 5000$ in our joint account.
I never send money to her account but yes she recieved money from different people from my back home.
So its enough for her finacial status?

I agree with Bryanna. I would wait at least six months before reapplying given the number of refusals your wife already has.

As scylla has advised, you must wait for at least 6 months before you reapply.

By which point in time, your wife will be able to prove stronger study ties + an internship (if possible) + build a stronger financial situation (without borrowing)

Thankx scylla and bryanna for your great advise.
