my wife made before 5 years surgery to remove the Fibroid it this effect to refuse our Immagartion file

It will not affect your application because fibroids are benign and not generally malignant(cancerous). So it should not affect your application. But keep the report of the surgery handy- especially the lab test report that defines the nature of the fibroid that was removed.
