MY wife is pregnant in canada..can i get tourist visa to take care of her. after applying my application of PR. pllzz advise wht should i do .,,what the % of getting visa on this reason
Chances will be low, as your wife and soon to be child would be the strongest family tie to you. Best to show as much travel history, finances, employment, etc that you can to prove you will return home.
depends strongly also where you are applying from, how often you travelled outside of your home country, your financial and employment situation. chances are that it would be easier for your wife to visit you...

I had travel history .,.btt i m unemployed here in india,.,is it good tht she visit here and give birth to baby,.,i think it will be negtive impact on my PR application .,.,plz advise
You need to convince visa officer that you will return back to India after some time. They will not issue visitor visa simply because your PR application in process. Chances are slim but it doesn't hurt to apply.
Ohh if i apply before submitting my application of PR.,.does the chances are high,.,wht about that if my wife give birth to baby in india ,.,or stay here .,is that harm my application process
Is your wife a Canadian citizen or a PR? If she is a Canadian citizen, the baby will be a Canadian citizen whether born in Canada or India (though there are a few situations where the baby would not get the citizenship of your wife if born outside of Canada). If your wife is a PR, and the baby is born in India, then the child will not be a Canadian citizen and will have to be added to your application, which will delay processing.
