Hi there! i need some help. I'm an applicant for permanent residence through LIve-in caregiver program. It was 1 year already since i submit my application inside Canada. Just recently, the CIC send me letter requesting a list of additional requirements including another Police certificate for my wife.My wife worked in kuwait for 6 years but she left kuwait since 2011. Do she still need to get new one, even i've already submit her police clearance from kuwait, when i applied my PR last year? or can i send the same police clearance with follow up letter even it is already expired?
