I Mr. Allah Nazar Ihsan S/o Ihsanullah Ihsan permanent resident of Nangarhar province, Khogiani District and current residence of 12th District, Kabul city.
I was friend of Ms. Sama Ihsan D/o Mohammad Zekria for one year and we wanted to get marry but we shared the issue with both families that I Allah Nazar Ihsan and Sama Ihsan love each other and upon hearing of the same issue the families opposed strictly. Again we shared the same issue several times eventually both of families disagreed, and did not accept it, because of language fanaticism that I was Pashtun and Sama Ihsan was Tajik they showed Ethnic opposition, both families tortured Sama Ihsan and me, so Sama’s family informed their uncle and their relatives about the issue, and their relatives wanted to kill us both, both of us escaped away from our homes, we took refuge in Herat And both families searched for us and we were arrested by police of Herat and by those Police of Herat a female Police and a male one they brought us to Kabul and surrendered us to MOI( Ministry of interior Affairs) that I Allah Nazar Ihsan was imprisoned for almost 3 months by Sama’s father in order they thought as if I had kidnapped their daughter, they hit and tortured me a lot, but unfortunately both of us with our own satisfaction escaped for loving each other, Sama Ihsan was locked up for almost 3 months in woman prison for Afghan woman prison.
After a few days Kabul police got my remarks and they thought that I may have kidnapped that girl but unfortunately both of us with our own satisfaction escaped for loving each other, my father came to visit me after that visited him and I told my father to take some tribal elders to Sama’s family house To apologize and after a few days an tribal council was held to decide between the two tribes, in they take the decision that we release them from Government under the pretext of a wedding, then we will kill them, but we were introduced to 1st zone personal affairs court according to legal law of the country for legally marrying each other, and Mr.Mohammad Zekria also fingerprinted in the marriage certificate for not to be doubted by government that we will kill them later, but when we returned home we were beaten by father and our relatives,and they locked us in a room and they were waiting for tribe elders,for issuance of our killing order, because my mother is kind women she secretly moved us from the room and she made a way for us to escape, because our life was in serious danger we went to Qala-e-Jabar khan village beside of pass client of the mentioned village Mr.Abdul jabar Nawabi and we were in his house for some times, when my relatives and my wife's 2 aware from our place of residence they went to village pass client Mr.Abdul jabar nawabi and they were asking that give us our daughter and son, village pass client were said to them that they are not with us, then the pass client said to us that I can't shelter you anymore because I can't handle the issue of your relatives and tribes anymore, we did not had any money for travelling to any other place but the pass client help us with some money,then we secretly spend some days in a hotel in kabul because our life`s were in danger and then we prepared our passport to please shelter me and my wife. We went to consulate sections residing In Kabul for sheltering us there worker introduced us to Your website, because tribe decision is about killing of us, they are still In search of me and my wife, so we request you to please accept us as refugee, to save our life which is in serious danger please help us,
