My visa refuse under section 40(a)

my visa is refused due to bank miStake they have put wrong date on balance certificates . When Canada high commission verified. They refused due to misrepresent the documents . Bank has already given me apology letter and they write mail to Canada high commission for accepting there mistake . But due to this silly mistake they banned me for 5 year and refuse my visa . Please help what should I do.

I already have USA visa and travelled to UK / Europe

I have sent mail to high commission with bank accepting apology letter . And all proof that bank has given . This is impact my USA visa
