I don't think universities communicate with each other in any capacity like you way you mention. As others have said, if it is a big issue then send Memorial a new issue due to a clerical error and send other universities the new one.

Yes, that is what I did. Other universities get new transcript.
And I uploaded the new transcripts on the Memorial University's application page. But there's no provision to communicate with them the error that happened. Otherwise I would not have panicked so much.

Plus, I somehow ended up on this thread:

I didn't even search for it, I somehow stumbled upon it when searching something else.
Which made me panic even more.

I guess I am a cornucopia of bad luck. :D

There's a big difference between plagiarism and a clerical error on the part of your university; you are deliberately cheating in one whilst the other is no fault of your own. The worst case situation would be if Memorial suspected your transcript of being fake and thus reject you on the basis of that suspicion but I very much doubt they would take the time to inform other universities of that. That being said, if they felt outraged enough they could just the post you reference.
