My Transcripts from India has been sent through speed post to Canada (L3R Markham WES), but speed post tracker shows item delivered to L4B postal location in Canada, but actually it must have been reached L3R 0S9 WES Documentation center,
im worried how to contact L4B post office & Request to redirect the post to correct location
