My total points are 217 ?? what do you think?

people with 445 are crying and you are super optimist. I don'st see FSW etc to work for you in current system, only way is LMIA or PNP.

try those options

More details provided can help you out the way to improve scores. You can gain additional points from spouse's proficiency in English (or French) and/or her/his education.
 
My total points are 455 what do you guys think about that, do I stand a chance ?

IELTS overall 7.5 .. speaking 8, the rest 7,7,7
I have a (80 days) diploma in Flight dispatch.. after High school..
around 4 yrs experience as Flight dispatcher..
6 yrs as Air traffic controller about 9 years and monthes ago
married
4 kids
my wife has a 4 years BA in Education but no work experience with here.

Are you done with your ECAs? I'm not sure in which category your eductaion comes under.
Nevertheless, you can improve your score by re-sitting IELTS exam and trying for some PNPs. Don't lose hope & keep sailing towards your destination by doing what is necessary.

how did you reach a score of 217 ? I did a basic eval and have reached to 336 .. :o
Did you calculate ur IELTS score properly ?
