These are my personal thoughts(and impressions) on processing time so please correct me if I understood something wrong ;D
From observation on this forum (even from before I create a account here lol), other sites, and direct evidences of the cases from my close friends,
I assume
1) that different job categories differentiate processing time.
- I have seen some of the cases actually took more than a year (even after strikes on CIC) to complete while some are only taking at most 7 months.
and this seems to be applied on nomination processes. (Usually engineering occupations/international graduate streams seem to process really fast)
2) that Company that you are working matters too (As in terms of our finance status?)
- if the company is just big enough to be easily considered as legit,
3) Visa exempt countries
- there must be a reason that these countries are visa exempted right?
4) simpler travel histories (PCC and schedule A form?)
- easier to track down where you spent your life LOL
5) and of course, completed documents of our application package.
just trying to figure out some factors for current/future applicants on this forum.
Please comment if you know anything more than these and correct me in case I am misunderstood.
