Hi all, my study permit application was approved on June 9th, 2023, and the first official document was sent on June 10th via mail. After 8 weeks of waiting, I contacted the IRCC client support center on July 28th, 2023, to figured out what had happened. They again sent the permit again, I am yet to receive that document and I have a few deadlines coming up for me.
The current permit I hold expires September 2nd and as you know an expired permit does not allow me to study, work, or even move around in my car due to not having a valid license. My work is my livelihood and without it I am unable to sustain myself. Moreover, I am to start on a new college on September 5th and I need the Study Permit itself...
Has anyone experienced an issue like this one? what can i do ?
