MY STUDENT VISA GOT REJECTED FOR JAN 2016

btech -58%
IELTS - 6.5 no less than 6
i have done btech in automobile engg. i applied for PBD in marketing at THOMPSON RIVERS UNIVERSITY . kamloops,B.C .
i got my visa refual and the reason they have given is "purpose of visit" and "other".
what could be the reason for refusal ???
what should i do now??
should i reapply???

The studies you are planning on taking in Canada make no sense in light of your previous education. You don't look like a genuine student.
