Hi people,

I'm don't know what to do...
In my first year in Canada I worked at company X as an AME apprentice on a study visa. This company liked me and I liked them so the offered me a job.
I really like Canada so I said yes and worked my second year at this company X. I just passed the end of my second year and have to get another visa.
The office people from down here in the Netherlands told me I had to do a labour market opinion, but this is impossible for the workfield I am in. This company
would charge me 6000Euro for this :S

What would be the best way for me to get a permanent residentship in Canada? I'm stuck in the system I think at the moment.

My details:
- 24 year old aircraft technician/
-Living in London Ontario.
-I have a girlfriend for 11 months, we didn't live together.
- Now back in the Netherlands.

Any help would be great fully appriciated!

cheers Dirk

Hi Dirke

Why would you be charged for the LMO? It is free and part of the whole immigration process. The company offering you the job should apply for this!

If you've worked in Canada for at least one full year on a work permit or post graduate work permit in a skilled occupation then you may qualify to apply for PR under Canadian Experience Class.
