My spouse is in Canada and I became a derivative refugee with my son. So she found a new boyfriend and has falsely accused me at immigration for misrepresentation and domestic voilence which is 4years ago and she never declared when she entered Canada about all these allegations. We were forced to leave the country because of her situation. She Hass refused to support me and my son in our country of assylum.

Is it possible to get a solution at Canadian embassy in this assylum country as we are stateless

I'm sorry for your situation.

Unfortunately it is your wife's choice if she includes you in the application or not and she is entitled to remove you. She is not required to support you.

You will need to qualify to come to Canada on your own without relying on your wife at this point. Unfortunately the Canadian embassy can't really help you with this. You will need to find a path for qualifying to immigrate to Canada on your own, either through an economic immigration program like Express Entry based on your education / work experience / etc. or through a refugee / asylum program. If you want to go through a refugee / asylum stream, then you will need to research programs such as the Group of Five program which require you to have a sponsor in Canada who is willing to support you financially (this is normally a family member or a close friend, it obviously won't be your wife).

What about child support?
Since I suffered abuse and lost every penny I had to my spouse how do I file a civil lawsuit for me to be recompensated?

Iss it a lawyer from where I live or a lawyer in canada

You need to hire a family lawyer in Canada since your wife is in Canada. Note that there may be no way to force any sort of support payments.
