Good afternoon,
I am the main applicant and my wife is dependent. We recently received an ITA to apply for the PR uner the CEC category. While we going through the APR, we realised that when we submitted the her NOC code before getting the ITA, we put the code 1241 (Administrative Assistant) which falls in skills B, but actually her NOC code should be 6552 (Customer Service Representative) which falls in skills C which completely different. Fortunately, my skills is under B.
So we are a little bit worried about if ever we need to decline the ITA (which we don't want to) as the CRS were recently high and we are afraid that we don't get another ITA or could we just update the good NOC code in the APR and then submit a LOE to explain why we updated the code??
Please any advices are most welcome.
Thank you
