nope. no points for canadian spouse, don't waste yr money. you should say yes to married and "yes" to is YOUR SPOUSE can PR or can cit.

BTW Is not family reunion program...if your spouse is elegible to sponsor you and you are from a Country with short processing times for Family Class applications, you could submit your EE profile and apply for sponsorhip at the same time , some visa offices are processing Family Class applications in less than six months.
