My son is US citizen and we have canadian PR

I have a question, Me and my spouse obtained Canadian PR and we did our Landing in March 2015 and applied our PR cards. we came back to US after 3 days.

Our baby was born in Nov 2015 in US and now we do need to relocate to canada.

- Do we need to file PR for our baby to move to canada?
- can he enter canada with US passport.
- Do we need to file his PR from US ( is it mandatory ) / or can be filed later from canada ?

Once the child used his US passport to enter Canada, you can sponsor him for PR.
