We have a problem to our application "family class" sponsorship. Tapos na interview ko kahapon lng august 14,2012 and i'm so depressed dahil akala ko mgiging okei na lhat at mtatapos n pghhntay nmin, pero sinabi sa akin na ang problema nga lng daw ay hndi dineklara ng asawa ko na may anak sya nag apply sya together with his parents and mga kpatid nia as single. They said that ,they will send a letter to us,para magbigay ng reason kung bakit ndi nya sinabi n my anak sya before they landed in canada.Ngaun iniisip ko bka ma-refuse papel nmin dhil dun.And i don't want it to happen.
Ano ba dpat ang gawin namin mag-asawa? kelangan b nmin kmuha ng atourney?? Amost 1year na application nmin and 3years n kmi ndi mgksama,wag nman sna mauwi sa wala lht ng pghhintay namin..

please help me if cno man nsa gnitong ctwasyon ngaun or related sa topic na gnito.. please please please!......

Thanks for the translation. This doesn't seem to be uncommon. People don't declare their children or spouse for whatever reason but the result is that they can not be sponsored and there is not much to do about it.

The father will be lucky if immigration does not revoke his own PR for misrepresentation.

Without knowing more details about the case, it is hard to make suggestions but if the husband is now sponsoring the wife, he could do it with the son as not accompanying and she could sponsor the son later. However, if immigration doesn't already know that he did not declare his son when he immigrated, they will find out when he sponsors his wife and she lists their son as not accompanying. In the end, none of them might have PR.

It could also depend on the reasons of the father for not declaring the son. If the son was born out of wedlock and the father did not know about his existance when he landed as a PR, I guess that would probably be the only acceptable excuse.
